Stowmarket & District Chamber of Commerce plans to stage the first Mid Suffolk Business Exhibition at The Mix in Ipswich Street, Stowmarket, on March 21 next year.

Allan Scott, chairman of Stowmarket & District Chamber, said: “Stowmarket is a vibrant and growing town in the very heart of Suffolk, equidistant from Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich – and The Mix is the perfect venue for a business event.

“I’m thrilled that our chamber can provide this unique opportunity for every business, from the smallest to the largest, to put their work in the spotlight and demonstrate the rich diversity of talent we can call on both in and around the town.”

The Mix, which works to support young people, includes the Cabbages & Kings café and is already the regular venue for Stowmarket Chamber networking breakfasts. It is also home to BRIX Brand & Creative which has worked with the chamber to produce the logo and print materials for exhibition.

Danny Cuff, exhibition co-ordinator, said: “We always actively try to support businesses of all sizes in Mid Suffolk who work hard to make a positive difference to the lives of local people.

“The Mix does this as its primary aim and we felt it was only right to showcase their fantastic facilities and the good work that they are doing.”
