South Suffolk MP James Cartlidge is due to officially open the event, which is free to attend.
Organiser Penny Wilby said over 100 people have already pre-booked.
“I am really excited about this year’s Expo,” she added
“We have some outstanding speakers, that our local businesses can take a lot away from. Our pre-registration numbers are higher than ever and we’ve had a lot of interest from delegates travelling from further afield, including Ipswich, Bury and North Essex and Norfolk.
“Sudbury has some wonderful businesses and I’m looking forward to being able to showcase them off to the visitors of the show”
