A Suffolk bridal firm making ‘memorial veils’ featuring the names of loved ones who have died says it is getting enquiries from all over the country.

Tracy Charlemagne, of Charlemagne’s Wedding Boutique in Felixstowe, created a ‘memorial’ element to a bridal veils late last year at the request of one customer. She went on to create a variety of bespoke designs.

“I made the first personalised memorial veil for one customer, reached out to see what further interest there would be – and now we have an initial product range which gives people a sense of what’s possible,” she said. “I’m receiving enquiries via social media, or emails from friends, requesting information on these one-of-a-kind creations, either for themselves or for their daughters.” She added: “I think the memorial veil success is proof that to keep achieving in any industry, you have to be prepared to innovate and evolve.”
