A Suffolk gastropub is celebrating after scooping a gastronomic award.
The Unruly Pig at Bromeswell, Woodbridge, was awarded Best Gastropub 2018 – Suffolk in the LUX Life Magazine third annual Food & Drink Awards.
The LUX Food & Drink Awards 2018 is aimed at companies “who strive to provide outstanding level of service within the food and drink industry”.
The pub, which is recommended by Michelin, Harden’s, The Sunday Times and Financial Times and gained the highest local rating in The Good Food Guide 2018, says it prides itself on supporting local suppliers and artisan producers.
“We are thrilled to gain ‘best gastropub in Suffolk’ and further recognition for our superb food, exceptional customer service and wine list,” said owner Brendan Padfield.
The pub features quirky artisan interiors and a Pop Art collection.
