THE importance of investing in innovation and brands was the theme of a business breakfast hosted by the Suffolk branch of the Institute of Directors.
Suffolk-based entrepreneur William Kendall, best known for his past involvement in the New Covent Garden Soup Company and chocolate company Green & Black’s, and now an adviser or director to organisations including Adnams and Notcutts, was guest speaker at the event, held at Hintlesham Hall.
Sponsors of the event included Barker Gotelee, Ensors, Quantrills and The Ideas Centre who, together with Adnams and Marshall Jaguar, are also supporting the Suffolk IoD annual dinner next month.
Guest speaker at the dinner, at Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa on October 18, will be former Olympic athlete Derek Redmond. For ticket details call 07917 699498.
