Screwfix is celebrating the launch of its most recent store opening in Cavendish Street, Ipswich.
The store officially opened its doors on August 23 with hundreds of customers ready to stock-up on the tools and trade essentials.
The Ipswich Screwfix store is part of the company’s growing network of over 580 stores nationwide, meaning 97% of the UK population is within a 30 minute drive of a store.
Screwfix’s Ipswich- Cavendish Street store manager Phil Simmons said: “We chose to open a new store in Cavendish Street to better meet the needs of the local tradespeople. Many of our new customers previously shopped with Screwfix at our Ipswich stores in Whitehouse Industrial Esatet, Goddard Road and Ransomes Europark, so we’re delighted to bring Screwfix even closer to them for greater convenience.”
There are also Screwfix stores in Colchester and Witham.
