NATIONAL commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Tim Collins to its Chelmsford office as an associate director.Mr Collins has been tasked with expanding LSH's share of the agency market in the Thames Gateway and Essex.
NATIONAL commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Tim Collins to its Chelmsford office as an associate director.
Mr Collins has been tasked with expanding LSH's share of the agency market in the Thames Gateway and Essex. His role will include acquisition, disposal work, agency-based consultancy and general market advice to existing and new clients.
Before joining the Chelmsford office, he worked for Fairview New Homes as a land buyer and prior to that, managed the Basildon office of Kemsley LLP.
