EXPERIENCED solicitor Tom Sleight has joined East Anglian law firm Pretty's expanding corporate services department as an associate.Mr Sleight has a great deal of experience in the corporate finance and banking sectors, having acted for management teams buying companies, trade buyers and sellers, and venture capital funds.

Mr Sleight has a great deal of experience in the corporate finance and banking sectors, having acted for management teams buying companies, trade buyers and sellers, and venture capital funds.
He will work at the firm's new Chelmsford office.
“I'll be making full use of the skills I've accrued since I qualified seven years ago to meet the requirements of our broad client base and to move up the internal career ladder,” he said.
Keith Vincent, a partner at Pretty's, described Mr Sleight as “a very talented and experienced solicitor”.
