Tracie Smith joins PKF from the London branch of international law firm Lovells, where she was business development manager for real estate.

Ms Smith, who brings more than 10 years' experience to the role, will generate new business and identify potential clients, as well as managing existing client relationships.

She said she was looking forward to the challenges ahead.

She will be based at PKF Ipswich, but has a regional brief.

Partner in charge at PKF Ipswich Graham Randall said: “Deciding to recruit a business development manager is a logical step for us as a growing firm. Tracie's experience will help ensure our continued success and that of our clients, even in these troubled economic times.”
