Group managing director Tim Davies is to leave farmer-owned grain marketing group Openfield in New Year
He is moving to Carrs Milling Industries plc, where he will be chief executive.
Deputy managing director and group finance director John Stables will step up to acting group managing director until the new group MD is appointed.
Tim Davies will continue to work at Openfield, which has an office at Bressingham, near Diss, until his departure supporting the Executive Team during the transition period. The Openfield Board has begun the recruitment process for a new group MD.
