A company which specialises in helping people buy and sell businesses is staging a half-day seminar in Bury St Edmunds to help owner-managers achieve the best possible result from a potential sale.

Prism Corporate Broking, based at Burwell, near Newmarket, is staging its “Maximising the Value of the Your Business” event at The Farmers Club in Bury on June 18.

Delegates will gain an insight into six key elements of maximising value, with the seminar including guest speakers from law firm AshtonKCJ and the NatWest bank, together with the former chief executive of a successful business which was supported through the sale process by Prism.

Peter Watson, managing director of Prism Corporate Broking, said: “Our seminars are very well received; delegates find them both informative and inspiring.

“We undertake a lot of business UK-wide, however, with our offices being just on the outskirts of Newmarket, we are keen to help local business owner managers too.

“This seminar allows people to come along to learn about the important aspects of selling a business and, more crucially, they can meet the Prism team and see for themselves how they could benefit from our dedicated one-to-one personal approach.”
