The niche agency has worked exclusively across property, architecture, interior design, construction and engineering since 1996, establishing a name for itself as a leader in specialist communications for the sector.

LHG has already launched boutique hotels in Wembley, Crystal Palace, Tooting, Greenwich, Peckham and Croydon.

Claire Lalaguna of Satellite MPR said: “It’s always fantastic to work with companies at the cutting edge, shaking things up and leading change.

“LHG has a sharp contemporary take. It’s all about the guest, about the guest’s experience - not about what suits the hotel. Today’s guests are savvy, conscious of both value and quality.

“They want boutique-style comfort, as well as cracking 24/7 service and loads of in-room tech. And that’s what LHG offers, at pocket-friendly, bang-for-buck prices.”

Christian Desira of LHG added: “Sleek, chic, unique, our hotels are one-offs, each with a boutique vibe. They are uber urban, and they reflect the local culture of the neighbourhood, with themed art and décor. The travel experience starts in the room and visitors wake up in the place they’re visiting, not in some bland hotel ‘brand’. Fun and funky, the hotels are both idiosyncratic, totally guest-centric, and set up for both leisure and business travellers.”
