East Anglian Daily Times: Sooty and Sweep can't wait to find a new home togetherSooty and Sweep can't wait to find a new home together

First up is the boys, Sooty and Sweep, both are two-years-old and can’t wait to find their new home.

Both were a little nervous when they first came into the RSPCA’s care but over time have come to show how lovely and affectionate they both are.

Previously they have both lived with cats and dogs and they are also used to children, could these two be the perfect cats for you?

Up next is four-year-old Lurcher, Blue. An affectionate boy who enjoys the company of people as well as playing with his toys.

He would need a physically strong, committed owner who is willing to carry on with his training and he is looking for a more rural home where other dogs are limited.

Blue has had a behavioural consultation in his previous home by Lucy Bingley, who has provided a programme for him and is happy to continue to work with Blue in his new home.

Next up is Toby the eight-year-old Terrier Cross, an affectionate lad that enjoys human company and loves a little bit of fuss.

He enjoys time off exploring the RSPCA’s enclosed field so would be brilliant if his new home would have a decent sized garden for him to explore.

He will need some further training and socialising around other dogs in his new home so an owner that can help with this area would be beneficial.

How about opening your home to Buster, an eight-years-old American Bull Dog Cross, a sensitive chap that once he gets to know you, is playful and enjoys the company of others.

Buster could live in a home with a calm, female, similar sized dog and will need a little time at first to gain your trust.

He is a well-mannered gentleman and knows his basic commands, could you give him a new home?

East Anglian Daily Times: Could you give Cilla the home she deserves?Could you give Cilla the home she deserves?

Meet Cilla the black cat, an affectionate girl who is looking for a new home she can curl up in a nice warm bed in.

Cilla could possibly live with older children but it would be best for her to be the only cat in the home.

Do you have the retirement home this gorgeous girl deserves?

East Anglian Daily Times: Do you have a nice quiet home for Cat the cat?Do you have a nice quiet home for Cat the cat?

Next on our list is Cat the tabby cat, a very nervous little soul that will need time for her to start trusting you.

Once Cat becomes more comfortable though she does love a good stroke, Cat would benefit from a quiet environment where her positive socialisation can continue to help grow her confidence.

Could you offer this shy girl the second chance she deserves?

East Anglian Daily Times: Have you got room for Benny in your home?Have you got room for Benny in your home?

Last but certainly not least is Benny the adult rabbit, a friendly little guy who can occasionally get a little nervous in new situations.

It would be beneficial if Benny could be rehomed with another rabbit for him to spend his days with.

Benny would need a new owner that could spend plenty of time with him keeping up the positive socialisation, could you give him a new home?

The RSPCA assures families that all cats, dogs, ferrets and rabbits that are offered for adoption have been vaccinated, micro chipped and neutered.

An adoption fee of £150 for dogs, £60 for cats and £25 for rabbits and ferrets, is charged to help cover the cost of getting the animals ready for their new homes.

If you can help, call the RSPCA Suffolk East and Ipswich Branch on 0300 999 7321 9am until 4.30pm or contact them via email.
