Firefighters tackled a burning car on the B1115 at Cross Green Hartest last night.
The incident was reported at 3.30am today, with a crew from Stowmarket sent to the scene, half way between Hitcham and Great Finborough.
On arrival, crews used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. They were back at the station by 4.30am.
