Firefighters helped to free a trapped motorist after their car overturned in Essex.
The crash happened on the A12 at Hatfield Peverel shortly before 6.45pm this evening.
Three crews from Essex County Fire and Rescue Service attended.
A brigade spokesman said: “Firefighters were called to assist at the scene of a road traffic collision involving one vehicle which had overturned on its roof on the A12 between junction 19 and 18.
“One person was trapped inside the overturned vehicle.
“Fire crews worked with paramedics to release the casualty and left them in the care of the ambulance service at 7.25pm.”
One fire crew from Chelmsford and two from Witham attended.
