A WOMAN was taken to hospital today after her car ended up in a ditch in a Suffolk village.
The incident happened when the woman was driving along Stows Hill in Cockfield, near Bury St Edmunds, at around 6.10pm.
Paramedics were called to reports of a car having gone through a hedge near the Three Horseshoes Pub and took the woman to the West Suffolk Hospital.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police was unable to confirm details of the woman, but said her injuries were not believed to be serious.
