A car left the road and crashed into a telephone pole in a west Suffolk village this morning.
The single-vehicle crash, which took place near the Horseshoes Inn, in Cockfield, near Bury St Edmunds, happened around 9.45am.
Police said a black Vauxhall Corsa left the road and collided with the pole but the driver – a man in his 20s – was not seriously injured in the incident.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said the man was taken to hospital to be checked over.
