POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a collision with a lorry left a car stranded on its side on the embankment.
The crash happened shortly after 9.30am yesterday on the A14 westbound between Copdock and Sproughton, when the car collided with a lorry and drove off the road.
An ambulance was called to treat a woman for minor injuries, although she was not taken to hospital. The road was reopened shortly after the incident.
Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to call police on 01473 613500.
