A caravan and garage have caught alight in the village of Tendring.
Fire crews from Frinton and Weeley were sent to the blaze in Crow Lane at midday today.
The caravan is completely alight while one-third of the garage was on fire.
Firefighters are wearing wearing breathing apparatus and using two hose reels and a jet to tackle the blaze.
The road has been closed as crews deal with the incident.
