A CARE HOME worker accused of stealing money from the people she was looking after faces a trial later this year.
Linda Durrant appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court yesterday in relation to alleged incidents at Lime Trees Care Home at Great Oakley near Harwich.
The 47-year-old from Colchester denied six charges of theft from six different people on dates between January 2006 and May 2008.
She also pleaded not guilty to a further count of false accounting relating to the same period.
Durrant, of Francis Way, was granted unconditional bail before a trial later this year.
