DRIVERS are being warned of a diesel spillage on the A1092 through Chattisham this morning.
A fuel tanker split and left diesel on the road at just before 9.30am.
Police were still on the scene on 10.30am awaiting the arrival of Highways officials to begin the clear-up operation.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Constabulary said: “People can still get through but we are asking drivers to slow down as they approach the area and proceed with caution.”
