Do you have a cheese lover in your life? If so this is the event for you.

Cheese Fest UK is set to come to Colchester for the first time this weekend.

The event which will have some of the UK’s best cheeses will take place on Saturday, May 12, at Charter Hall.

There is so much on offer from hot street food traders to specialist artisan vendors from all over the country.

You can expect traditional cheeses, mozzarella sticks, hallomi fries, mac and cheese, cheese waffles, cheese cake pops, cheesy popcorns and lots more.

As well as cheese there will be a bar and music for you to enjoy.

It is recommended that customers bring cash with them as not all vendors will have access to a card machine.

The event will run from 10am until 6pm and tickets range from £5 - £7 depending on what time you go.
