A 70-year-old man was punched in the face by a cyclist he challenged for weaving through a crowd of people gathered near a bus stop in Chelmsford.
The victim, who was waiting for a bus in Parkway at 4.55pm on Wednesday, September 17, fell to the ground and suffered facial injuries and a fracture to his leg after being punched by the cyclist, who then rode off.
The suspect is described as white, of heavy build, 30 to 40 years old and wearing a white T-shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Karyn Daniels at Chelmsford police station on 101.
