Chelmsford: Investigation after paperboy, 16, suffers serious head injury

Police are investigating after a paperboy was taken to hospital with a serious head injury.

The 16-year-old, from Broomfield, was taken to Broomfield Hospital, where he remains receiving treatment, after being found with the injury and concussion.

The incident happened in Glebe Crescent, Chelmsford, between 6.30am and 7am yesterday and the circumstances of how he got the injury are unknown.

It appears he came off his bike but he cannot remember what happened.
