Firefighters tackled a chimney blaze in Semer last night.
A fire crew from Hadleigh were called to the incident in Church Lane at 7.42pm.
The fire, which was in the chimney, was brought under control at 8.33pm by firefighters using chimney rods and chimney equipment.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said damage was confined to the chimney area.
