FIRE crews dealt with a chimney fire tonight.
They arrived at Melford Road, Acton, to find the chimney of a detached bungalow was well alight.
Chimney rods and short ladders were used to dislodge the soot build up and extinguish the fire.
The fire started at 8.12pm and was dealt with by 8.52pm.
