SEVERAL hundred pounds in cash have been stolen during a burglary in Clacton.
Thieves forced a set of French doors at the rear of the house in Thoroughgood Road to gain entry sometime between 6.45am and 12.30pm on Friday.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area at the relevant times. They can call CID on 101 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
