Police have released an efit of a man they wish to speak to in connection with reported incidents of accosting and suspicious behaviour in Clacton.

Det Insp Leighton Hammett said: “There has not been a reported incident that has been linked to this series since October 18 and additional officers are patrolling the streets of Clacton during the half term week.

“Parents and children are reminded to stay vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour.”

A 53-year-old man from Colchester who was arrested by police in connection with the incidents has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until November 23.
