A man of no fixed address will appear in court tomorrow, Monday, October 7, charged with criminal damage after windows to a building in North Hill, Colchester, were smashed.
Neil Cording, 60, was arrested at 5.10am on Saturday, October 5, after five panes of glass were smashed at East Anglia Property Management in North Hill.
He will appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on Monday.
