AN 83-year-old pedestrian is in hospital with serious leg injuries following a collision in Colchester.
The local woman was airlifted to Colchester General Hospital, where she remains in a stable condition, after being struck by a motorcycle in High Street, near the junction with East Hill, at about 1pm yesterday.
Two men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and bailed pending further enquiries.
