Two men have been taken to hospital after a two-car collision in Gosbecks Road, Colchester.

The ambulance service was called at about 8.45am, sending a rapid response car, paramedic officer and two ambulances.

Paramedic officer, Stuart Rhind, who attended the scene, said: “We treated two men in their 20s, one suffering chest pain, another with neck pain.

“Both were taken to Colchester General Hospital for further assessment, thankfully their conditions weren’t thought to be serious.”
