A WOMAN was injured following a two-vehicle crash in Colchester.
The accident, involving a Land Rover and Ford Fiesta, happened in Port Lane, Colchester, just after 11.30am.
Two fire crews from Colchester, an ambulance and rapid response car and police officers were called to the scene.
Firefighters used special cutting equipment to free the woman from the Ford Fiesta with half an hour.
The woman was taken to Colchester General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries while the Land Rover driver was uninjured.
