FIREFIGHTERS are tackling two blazes which broke out in Colchester this afternoon – one at a pub and the other at a flat.
Two crews from Colchester were called to The Crown in London Road at around 1pm.
The blaze was found to have broken out in the roof space above the kitchen.
Around 20 minutes later a fire broke out in a flat in Duffield Road.
A crew from Wivenhoe and another from Manningtree were sent to the scene.
Both fires were quickly extinguished.
