DETECTIVES have charged a man with the murder of Tom Brittain in Colchester on March 9.
Unemployed Andre Vella, 19, from Village Close, Kirby Cross has been charged with murder and will be remanded in police custody prior to his court appearance tomorrow at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
The second man wanted for questioning in connection with Mr Brittain’s death is still outstanding. Jack Hummerstone, 18, from central London, is described as white, and over 6ft.
