A MAN suffered a broken leg after he was attacked in Colchester town centre.
The 27-year-old, from Colchester, was assaulted near to Marks and Spencer and Happy Snaps in High Street on August 12.
The man was left with a broken leg after being assaulted while on the ground which is believed to have happened between 3.30am and 4am.
Officers have been scouring CCTV covering Colchester town centre but it does not appear to have captured the serious assault taking place.
Anyone with information should call Dc Peter Wood at Colchester CID on 101.
