Two teenagers stabbed in the buttocks in Colchester

Two men aged, 18 and 19 were taken to hospital after the assault last night.

The assault took place on Abbots Road in Colchester at around 9.15pm yesterday (Thursday) evening.

It is believed that the teenagers were stabbed following a confrontation with two other men in Abbots Road.

Residents in Colchester reported on social media that Ladbrook Drive and Mountbatten Drive in the town had been closed off by the police for a time in the aftermath of the assault.
