A woman became trapped in her car after colliding with the central reservation on a slip road off the A12 in the early hours of this morning.
Two teams of fire officers from Colchester attended the incident which occurred at 2.38am.
The woman was found on the slip road to Spring Lane roundabout and was freed using hydraulic cutting equipment by 3.14am.
