FORMER colleagues of a young woman killed in a crash at Great Blakenham have set up a book of remembrance in tribute to her.
Abbie Pennell died yesterday morning when her Mitsubishi Warrior collided with a coach at a junction of the B1113, close to the A14.
The 22-year-old, who lived in Barham and was a former Claydon High School pupil, was a course administrator for distance learning at Otley College.
It is believed she had been on her way to work when the tragedy took place.
Philip Winfield, principal at Otley College, said: “The college was in shock when we heard the news.
“Abbie was a very popular staff member and she will be sadly missed.
“We will be offering staff the opportunity of signing a book of remembrance in tribute to Abbie.
“Our thoughts and prayers are very much with her family at this time.”
