Crash blocking outside lane of A12 in Essex has been cleared

An accident involving two vehicles which was blocking the outside lane of the London-bound A12 in Colchester has been cleared.
The Essex Traffic Control Centre reported the crash between junction 27 at Spring Lane and junction 26 at Eight Ash Green.
