A 30-year-old woman who died after a crash on a Suffolk road has today been named by police.

Kelly Palmer was driving her 4x4 convertible along the B1375 at Oulton when she was in collision with a Citroen Picasso at around 5.40pm yesterday.

Mrs Palmer, from Bradwell, near Great Yarmouth, was declared dead at the scene.

A 19-year-old man, who was driving the dark blue Citroen, and two children in the dark blue Suzuki - a seven-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl - were taken to hospital.

The boy was later transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridgeshire, a spokeswoman for Suffolk police said.

The girl is expected to be discharged from the James Paget Hospital tomorrow.

The 19-year-old man sustained serious leg and lower body injuries and remains in the Norfolk and Norwich hospital.

Police are renewing appeals for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who may have seen either vehicle prior to the collision or the collision itself.

If you were driving in the Parkhill area around this time or if you have any information about the vehicles or the crash, contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Suffolk police on 01473 613500.
