A HIT and run victim remains in a coma today after he was in collision with a black Jaguar XJ6 in Benton Street, Hadleigh.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary said Chris Corder is still in a critical condition after being airlifted to the Royal London Hospital following the accident nearly six weeks ago.
The 42-year-old, who lives in Benton Street, was seriously injured on Sunday September 27, while delivering church magazines for his 77-year-old mother.
Andy Boyd, the manager of controversial rock star Pete Doherty, has been arrested in connection with the inquiry, on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop and perverting the course of justice.
Mr Boyd, 42, is due to answer police bail tomorrow at Bury St Edmunds police station.
