The youngster was involved with a collision in Rowan Way, Worlingham, near Beccles, at about 9.30pm last night.

He was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital was serious injuries including major head trauma, chest compression and a fracture to his right arm.

The road was closed until 4am today while police investigated the smash.
