Crash leaves two injured

TWO people were taken to hospital this morning following a crash involving a car and lorry.The collision, which happened at about 4.05am on the A14 at Needham Market, caused the car to land on its roof.

TWO people were taken to hospital this morning following a crash involving a car and lorry.

The collision, which happened at about 4.05am on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Needham Market, caused the Nissan Note to land on its roof in a ditch by the side of the road.

A crew from the East of England Ambulance Trust arrived and took two casualties away on a stretcher. They were taken to Ipswich Hospital. One had facial injuries and the other had leg injuries. They are not thought to be in a life threatening condition.
