A WOMAN was taken to hospital today with abdominal injuries after being trapped during a car crash.
The woman, who is in her 60s, was transferred to Ipswich Hospital while another man who banged his head was treated by paramedics at the scene.
The two-car crash happened at 12.20pm on the A140 at Creeting St Mary.
Two fire crews and two rescue tenders who attended the incident freed the woman by 1.10pm using hydraulic cutting gear to remove the roof.
