FIREFIGHTERS have prevented a fire ripping through a kitchen in a west Suffolk village.
Two crews received a call to 17 Fox Green, Great Bradley, near Haverhill, at 4.34pm this afternoon with reports of a fire in a kitchen.
But it was contained to the source, an extractor fan, using a hose reel.
The appliances left the property at 5.07pm.
