Firefighters tackled a large-scale forest fire just off Norwood Road in Brandon last night.

Crews from Suffolk and Norfolk worked to contain a undergrowth fire affecting 10 acres near to an industrial estate in Brandon.

A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said two crews currently remain at the scene to ‘dampen down’ the affected land.
