A cyclist has been injured after a collision with a car near to Suffolk Constabulary’s headquarters.
The cyclist was reported to be travelling along Portal Avenue in Martlesham Heath when they were in collision with a Honda Civic at around 6.40am.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the ambulance service had been called.
“The cyclist has been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure,” the spokesman added.
The spokesman confirmed that the vehicle was not a police car.
