Tickets for the April 26 show go on sale from February 13.

They are available in person from the theatre's box office in St Helen's Street from 9am, by phoning 01473 433100 from 9.30am and via www.ipswichregent.com from 10am.

Costing �34.50 and �32.50, plus a �2 booking fee, there are restrictions on how many can be bought at one time depending on where you want to sit.

The country boy from Kincasslagh, County Donegal, has released 26 albums, 19 singles and sold-out venues around the world since signing his first recording contract in 1986.

His Ipswich shows sell out incredibly fast, with hundreds queuing to get tickets.He'll be singing a selection of songs from his latest album, Country Boy, on his latest tour.

It sees him heading back to his roots with 20 classic country songs such as Release Me, Lucille, King of The Road and Crystal Chandeliers.
