A TEENAGER charged with careless driving, following a fatal car crash, has today been instructed to appear before Ipswich Crown Court.
A TEENAGER charged with careless driving, following a fatal car crash, has today been instructed to appear before Ipswich Crown Court.
Kyler Jackson, 18, of Blake Road, Ipswich, was told at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court that a date of June 26 had been set for a preliminary hearing.
Jackson, 18, has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.
Susan Garnham, 61, died at Ipswich Hospital after being involved in a collision with a car in Stoke Park Drive on March 23.
A verdict of accidental death was recorded at an inquest last week.
Jackson has been released on unconditional bail until June 26 when the hearing begins.
