The trial of two car sales managers, including one from Suffolk, accused of fraud will take place in April next year.
Before Ipswich Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing today were David Garrett, 35, of Goldfinch Drive, Attleborough and Patrick Burke, 51, of Coombes Wood Green, Stowmarket.
They both pleaded not guilty to abusing their positions as trade sales manager and general sales manager at Hammonds Car Sales by receiving proceeds of car sales they weren’t entitled to.
The offence was alleged to have taken place between January 29 last year and November 11 last year.
Their trial will take place in April.
